Brush Boys LLC ("BrushBoys," "we," "us") operates brushboysco.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Using the site means you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

When you use the Instant Pricing calculator or the Get a Quote form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and the address of the property you want cleared, along with details about the job such as acreage, brush density, and terrain. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact information and the content of that conversation so we can respond and follow up on your project.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site. These tools set cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, how far you get in the pricing calculator, the approximate location of your device, your browser and device type, and the search or ad that brought you here. This information is aggregated and does not identify you by name unless you submit a form. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and perform the work
• To review the property from satellite or street imagery before we quote
• To contact you about your project by phone, text message, or email
• To measure how the site and our advertising perform and improve both
• To keep records of quotes, jobs, and payments as a business normally does

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

When you give us your phone number through a form, by calling or texting us, or in person, you agree that we may text you about your quote, scheduling, and the work itself. Message frequency depends on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately ask for them, and we never share phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties.

Who else sees it

We use a few service providers to run the business, and they only receive what they need to do their job:

• Jobber, the software we use for quotes, scheduling, and invoicing, which stores customer and job records
• FormSubmit, which delivers calculator submissions to our email
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, for site measurement and advertising
• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Our email provider

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them for the work, for warranty or follow-up questions, and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule. If you want your information deleted, ask and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email team@brushboysco.com or call or text (248) 382-8159. Michigan residents can make these requests at any time, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

The site is for adults arranging land-clearing work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
